Keeping Busy in Quarantine (Part 2)

Revari Sustainable Fashion
Welcome back to Keeping Busy in Quarantine, part 2! I started the Keeping Busy series as a way to stay connected to all of you while social distancing and share the fun and creative ways we're all keeping busy. With all the heavy and, quite frankly, scary news going around these days I found it important to make Revari an outlet of encouragement and inspiration.
One way I've been spending my free time is by coloring. Ever since I was a child I always loved coloring. Something about it has always been quite therapeutic for me. Once it was clear there was no near end in sight for sheltering in place, I decided to order a couple "adult" coloring books and colored pencils so that I could have a creative and fun activity to do away from my computer/phone screen. I'm sure I'm not alone when I say my screen time use has gone up exponentially during this time. Normally a lot of my work is done on the computer anyways, but now ALL of my work is done on the computer, I've been dedicating even more time to the @shoprevari Instagram to stay connected with the community, and all communication with family/friends is now done via FaceTime. Needless to say, at the end of the day my eyes and brain need a break from technology! That's why I found coloring to be the perfect reprieve. It's a great way to sooth your mind, relax, and be creative. I put on one of my favorite podcasts, have a cup of tea (or maybe wine if it's one of those nights), and get to coloring!
