WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
-We offer full refunds on clothing within 7 days of delivery and store credit for swimwear. Any merchandise you wish to return must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed with the original tags still attached.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
-If you have an item you wish to return, put the merchandise in the same mailer it came in and email email@example.com with your order number for a return label. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Please note, return shipping costs are deducted from refund total. (Can be as low as $4.)
WHAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?
-Sale items, jewelry, accessories, and beauty items are all FINAL SALE.
-Swimwear is eligible for returns for store credit only.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
-We do not process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item.
HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY REFUND?
-Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and then another 3-5 business days for your bank to post the refund.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS MISSING?
-If your order has been lost in transit or missing even though your tracking says it was delivered, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to aid you in finding your missing package, however if your tracking says it was delivered to the correct address we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
