Savage Seeds was started in 2011 by Charity Savage out of the desire to create for her little one. Wanting sustainable fiber made toys and clothing, she embarked on designing her own. Charity taught herself to sew and from there created children’s costumes, plush toys and capes that she sold on ETSY. In 2014, Charity and her husband welcomed their 2nd daughter. With not much time to sew, designing and screen printing apparel became Charity's brand focus. Through these changes the core mission of Savage Seeds stayed the same. Savage Seeds is committed to using non-toxic inks, Earth friendly materials, and sweatshop free, ethically made clothing. All Savage Seeds apparel has gone through the extensive application process to be WRAP Certified (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) and is manufactured in the USA. All their apparel is also made from Organic Cotton that is certified by GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard). Charity and her small team based in Portland, OR aim to create products that have a positive contribution to the planet and are safe and comfortable for your family.
